Trades closed within 3 minutes are considered scalping. While one fast trade in every 100 is allowed, repeated scalping will result in profit deductions and possible account action.

No Hedging or Invalid Orders

Hedging strategies are not permitted. Placing stop orders without holding a position or exceeding your actual quantity is also not allowed and will be rejected.

Trade Execution

Orders are matched based on live bid and ask prices—not the last traded price. Execution may vary based on market activity.

Negative Balance Protection

We protect your account from going negative up to a 30% margin level. If your losses cross that line, we may step in to limit further risk.

Withdrawal Delays

Sometimes bank-related issues may delay your withdrawals. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Margin Requirements

Maintain enough funds in your account to support your trades. If not, your positions may be auto-closed without warning.

Technical Problems

If you face a technical issue, report it right away with your user ID. We’ll take the necessary steps, including squaring off trades at current market prices if needed.
